進油過程 當凸(tu)輪的凸(tu)起部(bu)分轉過(guo)去后(hou),在(zai)(zai)彈簧力的作用下(xia),柱塞(sai)向下(xia)運動,柱塞(sai)上(shang)部(bu)空間(jian)(稱為泵(beng)油(you)(you)(you)(you)室)產生真(zhen)空度,當柱塞(sai)上(shang)端面把柱塞(sai)套(tao)上(shang)的進油(you)(you)(you)(you)孔打開后(hou),充滿在(zai)(zai)油(you)(you)(you)(you)泵(beng)上(shang)體油(you)(you)(you)(you)道內的柴油(you)(you)(you)(you)經油(you)(you)(you)(you)孔進入泵(beng)油(you)(you)(you)(you)室,柱塞(sai)運動到下(xia)止點,進油(you)(you)(you)(you)結束 回油過程 柱塞(sai)向(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)供(gong)油(you)(you),當上(shang)行到柱塞(sai)上(shang)的斜槽(停(ting)供(gong)邊)與套筒上(shang)的回(hui)油(you)(you)孔(kong)相(xiang)通(tong)(tong)時(shi),泵油(you)(you)室低壓(ya)(ya)油(you)(you)路便與柱塞(sai)頭部的中孔(kong)和徑向(xiang)(xiang)孔(kong)及斜槽溝通(tong)(tong),油(you)(you)壓(ya)(ya)驟然下(xia)降,出(chu)油(you)(you)閥(fa)(fa)在彈簧力的作(zuo)用下(xia)迅(xun)速關(guan)閉,停(ting)止供(gong)油(you)(you)。此后柱塞(sai)還(huan)要(yao)上(shang)行,當凸(tu)輪的凸(tu)起(qi)部分轉過去后,在彈簧的作(zuo)用下(xia),柱塞(sai)又(you)下(xia)行。此時(shi)便開始了下(xia)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)循環。柱塞(sai)泵以一(yi)(yi)個(ge)柱塞(sai)為原(yuan)理介紹(shao),一(yi)(yi)個(ge)柱塞(sai)泵上(shang)有兩個(ge)單向(xiang)(xiang)閥(fa)(fa),并且方向(xiang)(xiang)相(xiang)反,柱塞(sai)向(xiang)(xiang)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)方向(xiang)(xiang)運動時(shi)缸內出(chu)現負壓(ya)(ya),這時(shi)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)單向(xiang)(xiang)閥(fa)(fa)打(da)開液(ye)體(ti)被(bei)吸入缸內,柱塞(sai)向(xiang)(xiang)另一(yi)(yi)個(ge)方向(xiang)(xiang)運動時(shi),將(jiang)液(ye)體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)縮后另一(yi)(yi)個(ge)單向(xiang)(xiang)閥(fa)(fa)被(bei)打(da)開,被(bei)吸入缸內的液(ye)體(ti)被(bei)排出(chu)。這種工作(zuo)方式(shi)連續運動后就形成了連續供(gong)油(you)(you) 。 使用方法: 柱塞(sai)(sai)泵缸體(ti)鑲(xiang)裝銅(tong)套的(de),可以采用更換銅(tong)套的(de)方(fang)法安(an)裝。首先把一(yi)組柱塞(sai)(sai)桿外徑修(xiu)整(zheng)到統一(yi)尺寸,再用1000#以上的(de)砂紙拋(pao)光外徑。 缸體安裝(zhuang)銅套(tao)的三種方法(fa)(fa):(a)缸體加溫熱裝(zhuang)或(huo)銅套(tao)低溫冷(leng)凍擠壓,過盈裝(zhuang)配(pei);(b)采有(you)樂泰膠(jiao)粘著裝(zhuang)配(pei),這咱(zan)方法(fa)(fa)要(yao)求銅外套(tao)外徑(jing)表面(mian)有(you)溝槽;(c)缸孔攻絲,銅套(tao)外徑(jing)加工螺(luo)紋,涂樂泰膠(jiao)后,旋入(ru)裝(zhuang)配(pei)。 熔燒結合方(fang)(fang)式的缸體(ti)與銅套(tao),安(an)裝(zhuang)方(fang)(fang)法如(ru)下: (a)采用(yong)研(yan)(yan)磨棒,手(shou)工或機械(xie)方法研(yan)(yan)磨修(xiu)復(fu)缸孔;(b)采用(yong)坐(zuo)標(biao)鏜床,重新鏜缸體孔;(c)采用(yong)鉸(jiao)刀修(xiu)復(fu)缸體孔。 采用“表(biao)面(mian)(mian)工程(cheng)技(ji)術”,方法如下:(a)電(dian)鍍(du)(du)技(ji)術:在柱(zhu)塞表(biao)面(mian)(mian)鍍(du)(du)一(yi)層(ceng)硬(ying)鉻(ge);(b)電(dian)刷鍍(du)(du)技(ji)術:在柱(zhu)塞表(biao)面(mian)(mian)刷鍍(du)(du)耐(nai)磨材(cai)料(liao);(c)熱噴(pen)(pen)涂(tu)或(huo)(huo)電(dian)弧噴(pen)(pen)涂(tu)或(huo)(huo)電(dian)噴(pen)(pen)涂(tu):噴(pen)(pen)涂(tu)高(gao)碳(tan)馬(ma)氏體(ti)耐(nai)磨材(cai)料(liao);(d)激(ji)光(guang)熔(rong)(rong)敷(fu):在柱(zhu)塞表(biao)面(mian)(mian)熔(rong)(rong)敷(fu)高(gao)硬(ying)度耐(nai)磨合金(jin)粉末。(4)缸(gang)體(ti)孔無銅套的(de)缸(gang)體(ti)材(cai)料(liao)大都是球墨鑄鐵的(de),在缸(gang)體(ti)內壁上制(zhi)備(bei)非(fei)晶態薄膜或(huo)(huo)涂(tu)層(ceng)。因為缸(gang)體(ti)孔內壁有了(le)這(zhe)種(zhong)特(te)殊(shu)物質,所(suo)以才能(neng)組成硬(ying)—硬(ying)配對(dui)的(de)磨擦副。
